Warranty limitations
Warranty is void if the installation is not done at a Licensed Automotive Repair Facility or by a ASE(Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanic.
Failure is attributed to abuse, misuse, or alterations.
Failure is a result of using the part for purposes other than those intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
The part is installed or operated outside of the United States.
The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
The part is sold “as is,” as indicated on the front of the sales invoice or in a statement of terms on the website
Warranty Process
To file a warranty claim, vehicle installation report by the installer, diagnosis report and video is necessary

Reach out to us via email at support@vowautoparts.com before your warranty period expires.
Please provide the order number along with details of the issue concerning your part.
We will proceed with reviewing and responding to your claim.
If deemed necessary, we may substitute the part with one that is functionally equivalent.
There is a possibility that we may ask you to return the part for repairs.
We may reimburse you for the cost of the part, inclusive of your shipping expenses.
We retain the right to inspect any item before issuing a refund or providing a replacement.
Labor and installation
All installation should be done at a Licensed Automotive Repair Facility or by a ASE(Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanic.
VOW holds no responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained during or resulting from the installation or removal of our parts.
Concerning replacement engines: timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids, and seals are maintenance items that should be replaced at the time of installing parts related to or reliant upon such components.
The installer of the part(s) must adhere to any Recommended Installation Procedures provided by VOW to maintain warranty coverage.
VOW bears no liability for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, product modification, shipping damage, accidents, neglect, or normal wear. Additionally, VOW is not accountable for any labor charges for installation (unless a part was purchased with an additional labor-charge warranty), inconveniences, or other expenses related to the installation or use of our parts, regardless of whether purchased directly from us or from an independent reseller.
All implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages.
