Applicable for parts wrongly ordered, not required, or not accepting replacement.
All return shipment charges are buyer’s liability without limitations.

No refunds granted without:
Certified ASE Mechanic’s installation report.
Diagnostic report.
No refunds on:
Damaged or improperly installed parts by the buyer.
Disassembled, altered, or missing parts.
Special body cuts, frame sections, or specialty ordered parts.
Unauthorized returns.
Damaged parts returned after accepting or signing the delivery note.
No refund if the buyer refuses to accept verified direct fit interchangeable parts.
Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Refund initiation:
Approval may take 24 to 48 hours.
Refund process begins after receiving the returned part.
Wrong Part:
Damaged Parts:
Report damaged parts within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged part and package without tampering.
Eligible for replacement only.
Damage claims invalid if the part is received in person; inspect before acceptance.
Reject damaged parts if found upon delivery.
Provide photos of all sides of packaging, including tracking number labels, if goods are damaged in transit.
Provide photos of actual damage to goods.
Unloading or delivery damages is not the sender’s liability.
Check shipment condition before acceptance; shipping damage claims after acceptance are not acceptable.
