VOW Auto parts Warranty Information
VOW Auto parts offers a “parts only warranty” encompassing missing, incorrect, or damaged parts sold.
The warranty extends to cover product failure resulting from defective materials.
VOW Auto parts guarantees to replace or repair defective items, or refund the purchase price.
VOW Limited Warranty and Liability
For engine assemblies – Engine warranties apply solely to manufacturing defects found in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps.
Accessories attached to the engine, including switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds, are not covered under the warranty.
For transmission assemblies – Transmission warranties are restricted to the transmission housing and all internal components, comprising gears and shafts.
External wiring, sensors, or other parts that can be transferred from your current transmission are not included in the warranty coverage.
For axle assemblies
Axle assembly warranties encompass the differential and its internal parts, drive axles, wheel bearings, and wheel flanges.
Damages occurring during installation or usage of our axle assemblies on any existing part of your vehicle to which these components connect, such as braking system parts, suspension parts, and wheels, are not covered by the warranty.
For Rack and Pinion
The warranty for the Steering Rack and Pinion exclusively applies to the Rack itself. It excludes coverage for Tie Rod Ends, boots, seals, electrical wires, modules, etc.
For Body Parts or Sheet metal parts
Body parts such as doors, fenders, decklids, hoods, bumpers, grilles, etc., are sold on an AS IS basis (without warranty). Nonetheless, we ensure that these body parts are precisely fitting. Additionally, we do not provide guarantees regarding color, dings, surface rust, fading, tears, moldings, etc.
For Electrical Parts
Electrical components such as headlights, tail lights, turn signals, ignition switches, column switches, electrical motors, cooling fans, wiring harnesses, etc., are sold on an AS IS basis (without warranty). Nonetheless, we assure that they are in excellent working condition.
For Electronic Parts
Electronic parts like radio, temperature controls, etc are sold AS IS (no warranty). However, we guarantee that they are in good working condition.
For Modules/Computer box
Modules like ECM, TCM, BCM, etc are sold AS IS (no warranty). However, we guarantee that they are in good working condition.
All modules may require reprogramming before use.
For Suspension Parts
Suspension parts like control arms, spindle, struts, shock absorber are covered under parts only warranty. The warranty does not cover bushings, seals, bearings, boots, electrical or magnetic units.
For Cooling System Parts
Radiator, condenser, water pump, etc are sold AS IS (no warranty). However, we guarantee that they are in good working condition.
For Engine Accessories Parts
Engine accessories parts like AC compressor, Alternator, power steering pump, starter motor, etc are guaranteed to be in working condition and will have warranty only if specified on the invoice.
For audio equipment parts
Should your vehicle be equipped with theft lock functionality and it is activated, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to procure theft lock codes for audio equipment from their automaker’s dealer. We include your vehicle’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on the sales invoice to facilitate the retrieval of these codes. Please note that there might be a service fee charged by your dealer for obtaining the code. While in most cases, the theft lock will not be activated on the audio part you purchase from us, we cannot guarantee this.
Warranty Period
Vow auto parts offer standard 30 days ‘Parts Replacement Only’ Warranty.
Parts sold ‘As Is’ do not have any warranty. Hence does not come under a 30 days warranty.
All other warranty periods mentioned on the invoice are valid up to the mentioned date.
Warranty does not cover
Additional accessories which are provided with the part for the ease of installation.
Parts applied to an incorrect make, model, or year of vehicle for which VOW Auto parts have not explicitly stated compatibility.
Any labor costs incurred for the installation or removal of parts purchased from VOW Auto parts.
We are unable to confirm if a part will fit any other year, make, model, or application. The year, make, and model of the vehicle or part listed on VOW Auto parts represents a range of interchangeability and may not precisely match the year and model of the part or vehicle you input. The only years, makes, models, or other applications we guarantee the part will fit are those listed on our website. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and determine whether the items will fit on other vehicles or function in other applications.
